Kelly Alsop - Writer & Director of Wispa and the Golden Dragon
Among the many things that make the Adelaide Fringe so enjoyable is how it appeals to everyone - young or old. This year is no exception, with the variety of events to entertain and cater for parents and children. Holden Street Theatres is recognised for providing in-house productions and supporting the local industry. One such theatre production is Wispa and the Golden Dragon, written and directed by South Australian author, Kelly Alsop.
The Australian premiere of Wispa and the Golden Dragon will be performed at Holden Street Theatres, in The Studio at Hindmarsh. The play is based on the children's story of the same name, which was self published by Kelly Alsop under her pen-name, Eva Rogers.
