Event: -
See one or see all of these films for free
We are now well into winter and with so much happening in the city this winter, it's very easy to miss out while sitting on the couch at home!

We tend to stay indoors more in winter, however, why let the weather rule your life and stop you going out! Put on your woolly jumpers and coats and get out of that house and enjoy yourselves.

Why not come on down to the historic Perth Town Hall, corner of Hay and Barrack Streets, to binge on your favourite television shows and movies? Don't let the winter blues keep you home ...

You could bring some friends or family and totally relax in front of the big screen on a cosy beanbag. You could get your Uber Eats delivered or get in food from your favourite Perth City places. This is the perfect idea for a winter escape from home!

Some of the films on offer here include:

Scary Movie 2 on Friday 20th July at 4.00 pm and this one is for 15 years of age and over

IT on Friday 20th July at 6.10 pm - mature audiences only

The Shining on Friday 20th July at 8.30 pm mature audiences only

Friends Season 3 on Saturday 21st July from 4.00 pm to 10.30 pm - Parental guidance recommended

Finding Nemo on Sunday 22nd July, at 10.00 am
This is a delightful movie can be easily seen several times!

Lion King on Sunday 22nd July from 11.45 am

Beauty and the Beast on Sunday 22nd July, at 1.20 pm

Bambi on Sunday 22nd July, at 2.50 pm This is the 1942 version and well worth seeing

The Lady and the Tramp on Sunday 22nd July at 3.05 pm. This is also an old version dated 1955.

101 Dalmations on Sunday 22nd July, at 4.25 pm

All the movies on this day are suitable for general exhibition.

No tickets are required for any of these movies, and it is a FREE event.

Bean bags will be supplied and there is a limit of 200 bean bags available at each session.

You can stay all day if you wish, or just stay for one movie or session, whichever suits you!

You will be able to buy coffee from a vendor who will be on site to keep you cosy and warm. You will be able to buy not just coffees, but hot chocolates and many other treats. You will also receive a FREE serve of popcorn, with a limit of one per person, and available while stocks last.

This venue is accessible to people who use wheelchairs, walking aids and who have young children in prams. There is a lift for use on the ground floor of the venue.

The movies and all advertisements will include closed captions (CC).

There is a 30 minute parking bay close by and you can pick up and set down passengers here. It is located on Hay Street in front of the City of Perth Library, about 80 metres east of the Town Hall.

There is another car park in the area, and the closest one to the Town Hall is the Pier Street Car Park (87-89 Pier Street).

You can also catch the free CAT bus, and it is the RED CAT and the stop is number 8 - Town Hall.
