Bag a bag of books for $5
The Lilydale Library Winter Book Sale is on again. It's your chance to secure ex-library books almost cheaper than borrowing them, that is if you forgot to return them and cop a fine!

Read all about it.

There will be hundreds of books to choose from.

These not for sale, but may be in the future.

I asked library manager, Robin, if the criteria for selling ex-stock was, old, damaged, or never borrowed. She replied, "All of those plus having too many of the one title on the shelves. We also have to make space for new books."

Every book may have a shelf life.

The prices are better than op shops books prices. $1-00 per book, or bring a bag and fill it up for only $5-00. Could be some heavy reading there. The sale is on during normal library opening times.
