Winghaus Circular Quay doesn’t do things by halves. With 20 massive screens, you’re guaranteed a front-row seat to all the biggest sporting events from around the world. Whether it's American football, basketball, boxing, or a high-stakes rivalry match, this venue brings the action *Live and Loud*—no need to miss a moment of the game. The walls are adorned with sports memorabilia, adding to the immersive experience. Their website even lists all upcoming televised matches, making it easy to plan your next visit.
Wings, Beer, and a Whole Lot of Flavour
When it comes to food, Winghaus doesn’t disappoint. Their menu is all about flavour-packed chicken wings, available in classic or boneless styles and doused in various mouthwatering sauces. Pair them with one of their 40 beers on tap, and you've got the ultimate game-day feast. There’s no table service or physical menus; instead, ordering is done via the app. However, if you run into any issues, the staff are more than happy to assist.
I opted for the keto-friendly wings, but I went overboard and ordered way too many as I had just finished walking back from Darling Harbour! Meanwhile, my son indulged in the Southern Fried Burger, which was just as impressive. The portion sizes are generous, and the flavours are bold—perfect for a satisfying meal while catching a game.
Escape the Crowds
During the Australia Day weekend preparations, when Circular Quay was overflowing with people, Winghaus provided a much-needed retreat. The venue was cool and comfortable, offering a laid-back atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. The mix of great food, cold drinks, and a vibrant sports-loving crowd made it a fantastic experience.
Winghaus Circular Quay is a must-visit for sports fans, foodies, and anyone looking for a fun, casual dining experience in the heart of Sydney. Whether you’re here for a big match, a round of beers with friends, or to indulge in some of the best wings in town, this place has you covered. I’ll be back - especially to catch some boxing matches on the big screens!
