On Saturday 6th April, Coombe Yarra Valley and Little Collins St Kitchen are coming together for an exciting collaboration - Wine & Food meets Opera - a culinary-inspired celebration of Australian opera singer Dame Nellie Melba.
Commencing at midday, guests will be treated to a decadent three-course menu complemented with carefully selected wines from the Coombe Yarra Valley cellar.
During the afternoon, an opera singer will perform and guests will also hear from a guest speaker of Coombe Yarra Valley, which used to be Dame Nellie Melba's residence.
The sumptuous menu will feature a wonderful selection of the seasonal delights, including an indulgent Peach Melba dessert.
