This past Sunday was a day of epicurean delights and a feast for the taste buds at the 3rd annual Wine & Cheese Festival.

The festival showcased over 60 fine quality wine and other gourmet products available for tasting, set to the backdrop of live music and entertainment, and the gorgeous views and vibes of Williamstown's Seaworks Boatshed.

Apart from the many delectable wines available for tasting, there were stalls filled with fine cheese, savoury sauces, home-style pastries, pickled preserves, smoked and cured varieties of meats, delicious desserts, and of course, an abundant range of cider and beer (including some in cocktail form), making for a tantalising feast for the taste buds.

The Wine and Cheese festival definitely did not disappoint. Apart from all the tastings, the workshops, fantastic live music, and entertainment also made for a great day out (thankfully, the weather held up too).

The next festival date is booked in for April 2 at North Melbourne's Meat Market. Head over to the festival's website , or Facebook page , for updates, and mark the date down in your calendar for next year - I'll see you there.
