Windsor Wiper Sales looks unassuming from the outside - the giant shed with a few scraggly plants out the front has little visible signage. Perhaps that's the reason it's Perth's hidden op shop gem - unless you're in the know, you wouldn't think to look inside.

Windsor Wiper Sales: Perth's Cheapest Op Shop
Once you get in the doors, it looks like an op shop with racks of clothing and shelves of books, shoes and toys lining the wall. It doesn't smell like an op shop though, the high ceilings and concrete floor provides air flow to keep the smell fresh.

Windsor Wipers Interior
Trawling through the shelves, you can find bargain after bargain. Dresses range from $4- $6 for a normal brand like Portmans or Cotton On and $15- $20 for Review or Cue. And there are some high-end brands if you've got the time to look.
Shoes are just $4 each, kids books 10 cents and adult books 50 cents. You can also get bags of toys for under $10.

Books at Windsor Wiper Sales
There's always something unique and a little bit strange on sale - this week it was bags of wedding photo booth props for $2 and bags of buttons for $1.
On my visit today I spent $53 and got:
12 kids books
2 girls dresses
1 girls winter jacket
4 women's dresses (Cotton On, Portmans, Barbarella and Marcs)
1 leather handbag for $6!
1 pair of leather shoes for $4
Windsor Wipers is run by the
Spine and Limb Foundation, dedicated to supporting elderly individuals and people with disabilities in the Western Australian community.
They're open from 8am-3.45pm weekdays, so if you work full time it can be hard to get there but it will be well worth the visit.
