Windsor Hotel Senior's 1/2 Price Afternoon Tea



If you have a senior's card or just want to take mum or granny out for a slap up afternoon tea be aware that the Melbourne icon, the Hotel Windsor, is offering seniors a midweek (Mon-Fri) afternoon tea at half of the usual price.

This is to celebrate Seniors Week in October, although the savings stretch from the 9th to 20th October. Afternoon Tea is at 12 noon and the 50% reduction is only on weekdays and not on weekends.

The hotel is making this attractive offer to show its high esteem for Victoria's senior population. If you have not had a Windsor High Tea, they are iconic with delicate canapés, delectable finger sandwiches, scrumptious pastries and freshly baked traditional and raisin scones. These are served with lashings of clotted cream, Windsor raspberry jam and delicate lemon curd.



I took my mother on her 90th birthday and the fur coat came out of the back of the closet and the pearls were once more in force. She never forgot it.



Although you certainly don't have to be in your 80s or 90s. The term seniors today relates to such a broad spectrum in our community as it anyone over 60. The normal price is $69 but for seniors this comes down to $34.50. So have yourself a top-notch experience at this wonderful price.

The Hotel Windsor's October offer is available to Victorians with a valid Seniors Card. The discounted prices apply for the senior diners Offer valid only at the 12 noon seating and prior reservation is essential.
