Judging by the look of the Windows restaurant it is quite obvious where this place gets its name from. Three of its four walls consist of large windows separated by fine strips of gold plated metal. Indeed, the door is nothing but a window. It is surprising that Microsoft hasn't sued this food outlet for its alleged infringement of trademarks.
The Windows restaurant certainly redeems itself from any such liability. Its many windows means a naturally lighted interior, giving customers a non-artificially lit dining experience. Its modern Australian and contemporary Mediterranean menu comes with all your traditional favourites, including streak and roasted vegetables, all prepared by its resident chef, Tim Smith. He is not to be confused with Tim Smith the Radio Announcer and Comedian.
This eatery is fully licensed and comes with its own bar, making it a classy drinking option if you don't appreciate the often rundown scenery that comes with many pubs. Should you wish to make any bookings, ensure you do so well in advance, especially on the weekends.
