is the perfect escape for a weekend away as it is located only a short distance from Perth in Gingin. The whole family will enjoy this getaway as there is something for everyone. The children can enjoy feeding the animals, roasting marshmallows while the adults can relax, enjoy the warmth of the campfire.

is a caravan park set on 40 acres and it has 62 sites, powered or non-powered. The sites are situated around the homestead which was built in 1874. There are plenty of trees around to provide shade and attract the bird life.

Every day at 4:30pm you can feed the animals. The managers will come past your site and let you know it is feeding time so you can head down to the paddock. Sheep, Alpacas and Texas Longhorn Cows head toward the fence where everyone is lined up to hand feed them. It is great to see so much joy in the children's face as they have a sheep eat out of their hand or a cow chew on some hay.



After feeding the animals, there is an opportunity for the children to jump on the 4 wheeler dirt bike and have a little ride around the paddock.

Sunday morning at 9:30am a cow bell rings to let you know it is time for complimentary scones with homemade jam and cream. Bring your cup of tea or coffee to the homestead and enjoy a warm scone.


There is a communal fire pit (in season) where people gather in the evening for a chat and a drink. It is a great way to get to know the other campers and for the children to roast some marshmallows.

Facilities include a large camp kitchen, bbq's, toilets/showers, disabled facilities plus it is pet friendly so you can bring your 4 legged friend.

Management is extremely welcoming and they will take good care of you and your family. It is a perfect getaway where you can enjoy nature, relax and use it as a base to explore the area of Gingin.
