is by far the busiest park I've ever seen, so you'll need to consider whether you think a mass of other kids is a good thing or a bad thing before you visit. On the one hand, there'll be plenty of children for your own kids to play with, but on the other hand, everyone will be competing for the equipment.

The park is located on the corner of Edgeworth David Avenue and Sherbrook Road in Hornsby. It's surrounded by units, which probably explains why so many families end up here.

There is a lot of play equipment to go around and even the central structure is grand enough for heaps of kids to use at once. It has a long ramp and a few sets of stairs up the main platform and once there you've got three different slides to choose from to get down, as well as other options like a fireman's pole.

There's also not one, but two sets of swings. One of these is a pair for toddlers, while the other pair is of normal swings.

If you do have toddlers, up in the back corner there's a set of smaller equipment, which is like a mini playground just for them. One part in invariably used as a pretend shop.

Beside this area is a path tha's sure to fuel kid's imaginations.

Other facilities at include a pair of BBQs. some tables and chairs (probably outnumbered by the pieces of equipment) and and toilets. For the amount of people that come here, there isn't as much parking as you would hope, but most people choose to walk.

If you don't feel like is for you, there is also the much quieter Holman Park further down Sherbrook Road or Mark Taylor Oval not far away either. Even Hornsby Westfield is close by.
