If you love classical music, and the sounds of a symphony orchestra, be sure to mark this event in your diary. Symphony in the Park is hosted by the Willoughby City Council and held at Willoughby Park, McClelland St, Willoughby East on Sunday 10 July 2022 from 2-4pm AEST. A Chatswood Culture Bites Production, gates open at 12pm. Be sure to register to attend this free event.

Guy Noble will be conducting the Willoughby Symphony Orchestra so you can experience stunning music from opera and Broadway with highlights from Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, Verdi's Rigoletto and more. There's nothing like the powerful sounds of live music, especially from an orchestra, floating through the air; up-front, close and personal.

Leading Australian soprano Julie Lea Goodwin enchants with exquisite music by Puccini and Dvo& #345 ;ák and don't miss star Australian tenor Mark Vincent singing Verdi's famous La donna è mobile or the show-stopping aria Nessun Dorma. Classical hits from Mozart's Marriage of Figaro, Dvorak's Slavonic Dances and Bizet's Carmen leads to a rousing Brindisi from Verdi's La Traviata.

Bring yourself something to sit on at the park, enjoy a cocktail from Finders Distillery, the North Shore's newest craft distillery, and grab yourself something to eat from the food trucks on site. Find more information on the registration page .
