Fine dining experience at affordable rates
Cosy little William Blue dining is located in the heart of North Sydney but probably little known to many others. This restaurant is run by the students of the hospitality college William Blue.

The restaurant is open only during the college term dates and it provides the students with an opportunity to practice their cooking and service skills. On the whole it's a great way for customers to enjoy a dining experience and for the students to practice with 'real customers'. The value however is excellent and the food spectacular.

The menu is generally quite limited in terms of variety. They offer 3 entrees, 3 mains, 3 desserts and a couple of sides. We began our meal with a beetroot relish which was just heavenly. I am not a great fan of beetroot, but this entree makes me want to go back for more. It was immaculate in its presentation and surely set the tone for the evening.

Another sure winner was the duck entree. A unique presentation and a winning dish.

The menu has atleast 1 vegetarian option in entree and main. The wait staff are polite and respectful. Most of them young students aspiring to make it big in the hospitality industry.

Desserts were absolutely splendid. We settled for tiramisu and a chocolate mousse with hazelnut biscotti.

The dishes are nominally priced for their high quality. $9 for an entree and $16 for a main. The desserts are priced at $7.
