The 3rd Australian Wildlife Tourism Conference will be held over 3 insightful days, from 29th September to 2nd October 2015 at Mercure Hotel Geelong, Victoria.

This annual event hosts the biggest gathering of wildlife travel professionals in Australia and aims to promote sustainable wildlife tourism and raise awareness of the benefits and costs of wildlife tourism.

If you are interested in being part of a responsible, sustainable industry with a focus on conservation, this conference is a great networking and educational event.

Both new and established tour operators, tour guides, tourism volunteers, conservation groups and students of hospitality, tourism or natural resource management are welcome to attend.

Attending the conference will be Australia's most prominent wildlife tourism operators, international academics and government decision-makers to discuss the future of tourism.

Speakers include representatives from Zoos Victoria, Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Exceptional Kangaroo Island, Echidna Walkabout, The International Centre for Responsible Tourism, Australian Greens Senator Janet Rice, the Federal Commissioner for Threatened Species and International speakers from all over the world, including Indonesia, the USA, Japan and Kenya to provide a global focus.
