Free, environmentally friendly fun
Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland and Moreton Bay Regional Council have teamed up to offer a Free Family Fun Day at CREEC (Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre), Burpengary.

CREEC, Burpengary

The event will celebrate 50 years of Wildlife Queensland, in Creec's pleasant bushland surroundings. There will be environmentally inspired displays, such as water and solar harvesting, or native bee keeping and native plants for sale in Creec's nursery. Many interesting speakers are scheduled for the event, such as Gecko's Wildlife Reptile Show.

Children's craft activities, bushwalks and plenty of food and drinks will help keep everyone entertained. While you're there, spot a frog, join a tour of CREEC's own Macadamia plantation or wander the bush trails along Burpengary Creek.
