Event:
Paint nature and make something beautiful
Do you love art? Do you love nature? There is nothing better for you than combining the two then. Nature is already pretty beautiful. And when you're feeling arty, you will love to be able to put a personal touch to some of nature's own beauty. Thanks to the wonderful artist, Belinda Eldridge, your children will love showing their artistic side while also appreciating nature and the world around them. The Wildlife Art class will help the children to explore some artistic talents and maybe ignite a life long passion.

Upon arrival, the children will be given some natural wooden discs- slices of tree trunks, that they can then decorate. The teacher will show them how to paint and design their discs with nature themed paintings too.

The artist is well known for painting native birds and now she is passing on her knowledge and skills. The kids will have the chance to design the disc however they want to. They will receive everything that they need to be successful. This includes some images that they can use on their disc. But please feel free to also bring your own images if your child wants to create something specific.

You should bring in a drink and healthy snack if they need it. Kids will love spending time in the fun and relaxed class, creating something special. Make sure to let them wear clothes that you don't mind if they get messy. Paint can get anywhere, and you don't want to be worried about getting the stains out if you can avoid it.

Tickets are $20 per person. If your children want to get involved, make sure to book them in. And if you get the tickets, you will want to head to the Bullsbrook Community Centre on Saturday, May 27th at 10:45am. The class will last an hour and your children will have created a masterpiece by 11:45am.
