Tea Magic in Port Elliot
Hill Street, in Port Elliot's industrial estate, doesn't stop surprising us with its funky shops and cafes. There's Bar None pop-up, Sally's Seconds, De Groot Coffee Co and the wonderful Wildfire Organic Tea shed.
It's not hard to find and you'll see a sign on the main road to help you find your way. The shed is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am till 4pm.
Wildfire is the project of Jane Burke, a tea aficionado who started her business in 2015. In her very first year, Jane's Peace Time Tea won the prestigious Golden Leaf Award, for Best Rooibos Blend, at the Australian and International Tea Expo. This sweet and relaxing brew has raw, Peruvian, single origin cacao, red rose petals and vanilla to accompany the rooibos leaves.
