Wild Rose is a British musical drama film. This film is jam-packed with lots of laughs and even a few tears. This storyline is based around a young talented mother named Rose-Lynn, who has a great talent in singing country music
However, despite having such a gifted voice, Rose-Lynn has just come out of a twelve-month prison sentence due to making poor choices. With recently being released from prison, Rose-Lynn is trying to find her way back and follow her dream in pursuing her country music singing career and regaining a positive relationship with her two children.
Rose-Lynn's two children have been in the care of her mother while she was serving her prison sentence, which caused them to have some resentment towards her, as they felt abandoned by their mother.
It is a long road ahead for Rose-Lynn to gain not only her children's trust again, but her mother's trust also. The film focusses on the struggles and challenges that Rose-Lynn faces in order to achieve these goals.
Rose-Lynn who is played by the very talented (Jessie Buckley), shows us that no matter what poor choices you have made in life, you can always turn things around, and more importantly to never give up on your hopes and dreams because even the impossible is possible, if you merely believe in yourself.
