Party with the wild animals at night
Have you ever wondered what zoo animals get up to once the gates are closed and visitors have left for the day?

This winter Werribee Open Range Zoo will be leaving the gates wide open and giving you the chance to check out the nocturnal happenings of their wild inhabitants.

Walk along the African River Trail and enjoy the safari under the winter night sky, and watch hunting presentations with lions, cheetahs and hippos. Pop in and visit the Eastern Barred Bandicoot or the Tawny Frogmouth at the 'Creatures of the Night' nocturnal house. There is also a 'Serval under the Stars' show.

The Meerkat restaurant has a great selection of winter-warming foods to put a glow in your cheeks and you can enjoy toasting marshmallows on a campfire outside.

There are lots of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy, but I'm sure the kids will especially love the 'Glow Zone'.
