Kicking off this week, now marks the exciting beginning of Wholly Schnit's pop-up, where you're able to indulge in now. Who doesn't love a cheeky schnitty?

Diners can now savour Wholly Schnit's favourites with the Jaeger schnitzel taking the spotlight. This culinary masterpiece combines coleslaw, shoestring fries, and the renowned house-made mushroom sauce, affectionately known as 'crack sauce' for its irresistible flavour. Office workers, this one's especially for you!

Wholly Schnit's menu is a treasure trove of delectable delights, each offering a unique take on the classic schnitzel. The Poutine, a true crowd-pleaser, boasts layers of shoestring fries, mozzarella cheese, and a savoury drizzle of gravy. If you're seeking something extraordinary, the Schnack Pack is a perfect choice, generously crowned with fries, mozzarella, and a trio of mouthwatering sauces. And of course, the OG Burger is a true sensation, featuring a chicken schnitzel, coleslaw, tasty cheese, chipotle sauce, and mayo between a soft milk bun.

The Wholly Schnit pop-up marks the start of a series of exciting pop-up food concepts slated for the 259 George Street food precinct in the coming months - it's an exciting yes from us!

A little backstory on Wholly Schnit: It all began in 2012 when the founder's wife was expecting their fourth child and her late-night schnitzel cravings led them on a quest for the perfect schnitzel. Discovering that all the places serving exceptional schnitzels closed by 9 pm, the founder, John O’Kane, decided to take matters into their own hands and began crafting schnitzels. As it turns out, they had quite the talent for it.

Around the same time, the Sydney City Council introduced the Sydney Food Truck program, and in May 2016, the family launched Wholly Schnit. Fast forward to 2023, and Wholly Schnit now operates two food trucks, serving up delectable schnitzels across Sydney. From corporate gatherings to festivals, food events, and celebrations, Wholly Schnit has become synonymous with some of Sydney's most irresistible schnitzels, amassing a dedicated following along the way.
