A bumper day out with your health and wellbeing in mind
The huge event at Wayville Showground, The Whole Life Expo is on this coming weekend, September 22nd and 23rd.
Tickets are 45% cheaper online, so call your mates and get organised. Buy your tickets here and save them to your phone. Or perhaps you might like a day of pure indulgence and solitude to wander around here by yourself. You deserve it.

The expo will include around 100 free seminars and workshops where you can listen to invited guests on topics of health and healing. These are all included in your ticket. Pick up a program on entry and plan your day.
Other free events include free sessions from top yoga instructors at The Yoga Space. Sooth your soul at the Mantra and Meditation Temple. Also, free sessions hosted by experts.

Wander around and browse the 300 stalls in the marketplace. Choose from massage and healing sessions or have a psychic reading. You will also find health food treats and supplements, books, skin care, yoga supplies, sacred music CDs, handmade jewellery, crystals and much more.
The Gluten Matters Village will be run by the Coeliac Society of SA & NT. Pop by and have a chat about information on new gluten-free products. The food stalls will be set up near the main stage area where you can take a break and enjoy music and performances by a variety of talented people.
Another interesting part of the expo will be the Eco Village, where you can learn about green energy. Discover new initiatives in sustainable and renewable fields for home, gardening and transport.
Kids can chill out at the Creative Kids area which will run some fun inspiring workshops for kids of all ages. They can also sit here and do some drawing and painting. There is something for everyone at Whole Life Expo. Ticketed parking is from Rose Terrace only - you can walk in via the Rose Terrace or the main Goodwood Road gates. Remember, you can catch the train to the showground stop on the Seaford Line.
