Timboon's owner and Distiller Josh Walker will talk you through a tasting of whiskies while Simon Yarham, Head Chef at Timboon Distillery, teams up with the Brewhouse chefs to present a matched dinner.

Timboon Railway Shed Distillery has been producing true single-malt whisky since 2007 using time honoured traditional methods and a beautiful 600 litre Knapp Lewer copper pot still.
