Food and drink, what more could you possibly want? There is nothing better than paring the perfect drink with incredible food. And if you want to drink incredible whiskey while eating tapas, then you know where you will need to be. The Whiskey and Tapas Night being held at the Peel Manor House is going to be a very tasty evening, where you will feel like every mouthful is heavenly.



Whiskey can be smoky, fruity, sweet or spicy. You can get whiskey made differently too- they can be stored and prepared in different types of barrels. You will find that there are Single malt, blended malt, blended whiskey, barrel proof, or single cask whiskeys in the shops. So if you are new to whiskey drinking, then where do you start? When bottles are so expensive, you can't really keep buying bottles and hoping to find one you like. But if you happen to go to a Whiskey tasting night, then you will be able to try all sorts of flavours for the cost of the ticket.
You can have a chat with the Whiskey expert there who will be able to show you how to appreciate a good whiskey.

And this night isn't just whiskey. There will be a set menu of tapas, or finger food. All foods will be chosen to complement the whiskey, as that is the real star of the show. The food will also be incredible, and you will have one amazing bite after another.

If you happen to live far away, and you of course don't want to drink and drive. You may choose to stay in the area. Lucky for you the Peel Manor House has accommodation on site where you can stay to sleep off the whiskey. Rooms are $225 (for two) and it is a B&B.

If you choose to go, then you will want to book in early. Tickets for just the tapas and whiskey event it is going to be $80 per person. Head to the Peel Manor House on Friday, June 16th. Make sure to arrive at 6:30 pm and sip the night away.
