Croydon Park is a suburb located about 7 km to the north west of Adelaide CBD. We first visited this suburb to try the burgers at 127 Days, a newly opened burger joint named after its address at 127 Days Road. There are quite a number of restaurants located around the car park that we parked at so we ended up revisiting the area multiple times to try them out. Then we discovered that our favourite Chinese bakery shop is located in that locality too. As a result, that little corner at Croydon Park is now a frequent haunt.
127 Days is our favourite restaurant at Croydon Park. It's also my family's second favourite burger joint; our favourite is still Nordburger. 127 Days offers a good range of burgers with quirky names including the spicy 127 Days to Die, Squealed with a Kiss and The Italian Job. We love the chips which resemble the 'hash' symbol, appropriately known as # Tags.

My dad loves the buns from 4U Bread n Cakes. We pity any customer who enters the shop after my dad because most of the trays would have been emptied by him. He enjoys having the buns for breakfast and keeps a stock of them in the refrigerator. The buns taste good after just 25 seconds in the microwave. The bread of the buns is notable for being quite soft and there is a great selection of both savoury and sweet buns to choose from.

Master Jin Taste of China has an interesting dish called Fragrant Mix Pot. The portion size of this dish is generous enough to serve as the only dish when shared with a few friends. Fragrant Mix Pot contains a wide variety of ingredients with a delectable spicy taste.

Vietnam Asian Food Bar is a place that is very popular with the lunchtime crowd in the locality, offering a good range of Vietnamese dishes for takeaway. A dish that we enjoy is the Vietnamese Meat Rolls, consisting of your choice of meat with pickled vegetables in a bread roll resembling a shorter version of baguette.

Yen Linh Vietnamese Restaurant offers Vietnamese dishes that are much more filling than the ones from Vietnam Asian Food Bar. As expected, one of the main dishes served here is the Rare Beef Noodle Soup, otherwise known as Pho. The spiced soup has the right amount of flavour with Asian herbs, beansprouts, lemon and chilli slices provided that can be added to the dish to your taste.

We are delighted to find restaurants serving a variety of cuisines located together and with easy parking. There is also an Asian grocery store and a store selling roast duck, roast pork, BBQ pork and Soya Sauce Chicken in the vicinity, which makes this corner at Days Road a convenient stopover for grocery shopping too. It is like a mini Chinatown in the suburb.
