Two things are guaranteed this time of year – the kids will (try) and start behaving in anticipation of a visit from Santa, and there will be fireworks! Here are some of the places you will be able to find fireworks for New Year's Eve 2017.

Note: neither the Cannington Greyhounds nor Gloucester Park will be having NYE events this year, so if your usual plans involve finding a good vantage point and checking out their show at midnight, you will have to make new plans this year.
However Gloucester Park does have other fireworks lined up this festive season:
Friday 1 December - Italian Fireworks Race Night and Inter Dominion Heat Night 3
Friday 19 January - TABtouch WA Pacing Cup
Friday 23 February - Chinese New Year Fireworks Race Night
