Burnside is unequivocally the worst neighbour. Won't amalgamate as rates are extraordinarily low; - the rest of us must pay rates that subsidise services and those exempt from rates, not sure why a small bubble should be immune. Parking is a nightmare; cars
on both sides of narrow streets, and its worse as a pedestrian - people parked on verges along the upper part of Greenhill, forcing walkers into the road. A lot of the streets which access parks which are public have no footpath because gardens extend to the gutter. I agree, Snowtown and Elizabeth are both friendly to visitors.
