Winter's well and truly here and while some days are full of sunshine, the night time temperatures have dropped, leaving many of us susceptible to the common cold and worse. **What's your recommendation for preventing or fending off the common cold?
**
Thanks to knowledge imparted by a work colleague with extensive experience in naturopathy, I can personally recommend The Sugar Cure which has enabled me to keep working and enjoying my weekends whilst recovering from a common cold.
How to use The Sugar Cure: put 1 teaspoon of fine sugar into your mouth (caster sugar works best as it dissolves quicker) then dissolve and swish around for about 1-2 minutes and spit out then repeat 3-4 times (takes about 15 minutes). Do this throughout the next 12-24 hours and you should experience a huge reduction in mucus and other symptoms.
How it works: the common cold is most often triggered by lymphatic fluid build-up in the head - The Sugar Cure draws mucus dissolved in lymph fluid into the mouth, gradually clearing congested spaces such as the sinuses and Eustachian tubes. A research-based article written by Research Chemist, Biochemist and Toxicologist Walter Last who is also a Practicing Nutritionist and Natural Therapist comprehensively and scientifically detailing The Sugar Cure can be
