Mews Road in Fremantle is home to some of the best restaurants in WA. Take your pick from The Mussel Bar , Cicerello's , Joe's Fish Shack , Kailis Fish Café , Char Char Bull or Little Creatures , all of these fabulous eateries are within easy walking distance of each other and form part of the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour.

If you like spicy food, the Mexican Kitchen can be found on South Terrace as can Zapata's Mexican Restaurant . Benny's Bar and Café , Gino's , Pizza Bella Roma, the Capri Restaurant and the Norfolk Hotel are also on South Terrace and all these fine places form part of the famous Fremantle Cappuccino Strip.



Just off the Cappuccino Strip, on Essex Street, you have Outback Jacks – a fantastic, family steak restaurant and the Essex Restaurant. On the corner of Marine Terrace and Essex Street is the Esplanade Hotel which houses the Atrium Garden Restaurant , a great family restaurant serving buffet style meals.



Over on Market Street there is the Portorosa Café. Not far away, on William Street, is the very poplular Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant. A little further along, Riverside Road has the Red Herring Restaurant and the Left Bank Bar, Café and Restaurant .

You could say that Fremantle has too many restaurants but surely that is not the case when they are all very busy and so popular – it's great that you have so much choice. Whatever kind of food you are in the mood for, be it seafood, Italian, Mexican, French or Australian Cuisine, there is at least one restaurant in Fremantle that can satisfy your needs.
