Collective Vision

Celebrating its 130th anniversary Bendigo Art Gallery is presenting a fabulous new exhibition of works, Collective Vision , from its renowned collection from March 4th to May 28th at the gallery between 10 AM and 5 PM and Monday public Holidays.

Bendigo International Madison**

Cycling enthusiasts won't want to miss the annual Bendigo International Madison event to be staged over the long weekend March 11th to 12th between 4 PM and 10 PM daily at the velodrome.

Costs: Saturday - Adult $15 Concession $10 Child (10 – 16) $10 Family $35

Bendigo Craft Beer and Cider Festival

It's back for 217 and this year the Bendigo Craft Beer and Cider Festival will run for 1-Day only, Saturday March 25th.

Twenty-five brewers and cider makers will showcase their wares and there'll be excellent food, musical entertainment and a kid's zone featuring activities and craft tables.

Eaglehawk Dahlia and Arts Festival

The Eaglehawk Dahlia and Arts Festival will run from March 15th -24th and include the Gala parade on Saturday 18th.

The festival centres on Canterbury Park, Eaglehawk and presents an array of attractions for people of all ages with special emphasis on activities encouraging the artistic, cultural, sporting and social development of young people.

Bendigo Festival of Cultures

The Festival of Cultures this years seeks to celebrate Bendigo's multicultural community through the motto Diversity is Mainstream.

The week long festival runs from March 18th to 26th featuring performances, art, food, forums, markets and exhibitions ending with an all ages concert outside Bendigo Town Hall.

The Golden Mile Race Day

Bendigo's Golden Mile Race Day is a fabulous, value-for-money day out featuring world-class racing in the relaxed atmosphere of a great country racetrack.

Bendigo has built a proud tradition of Thoroughbred racing since the first events conducted in the town 1873.

The Bendigo Easter Festiva l has been running since 1871 and showcases the diversity of the Bendigo community.

A major highlight each year is the Easter Sunday Gala Parade featuring Bendigo's world-renowned Chines Dragons.

This is one of Australia's great community festivals and a must-see attraction over Easter.

Strategem Bendigo Winemakers Festival

The Strategem Bendigo Winemakers Festival showcases fine wines, food and entertainment all sourced from within the Bendigo region.

It's a great day out enabling visitors to sit back and relax while sampling some great local wines, meet the winemaker and be entertained in a magnificent park setting within walking distance of Bendigo Railway Station.

Entry costs $45 ($40 pre-booked) and includes Festival glass, all wine tastings, competition entry and entertainment. Tickets are available on-line at Bendigo Tourism
