Secure from the globe's dwellers, "Little England", as Nuwara Eliya is called, will possibly stay sequestered away from the world community.

Devon Falls

Named after a English tea planter, Devon Falls is located about 97 metres high. It's an Instagrammable place thanks to its awesome view. It's one of the main attractions of Nuwera Eliya.

Hakgala Botanical Gardens

This is one of the five botanical gardens in Sri Lanka. Since it's situated in a very cool climate, the flowers, which spring out from this garden, are a real wonder to look upon.

Horton Plains

This is one of the most visited places in Sri Lanka. The Horton Plains has a lush greenery spread across its mountain range. Wildlife can be spotted here too. It's a perfect getaway for you and your family. Grab a beer and watch the sun set.

Horse Racecourse

This is the only horse racecourse left in Sri Lanka after British rule. A lot of tourists attend horse race events.

Victoria Park

Certianly, one of most beautiful parks in Sri Lanka, with a river running through it and small lakes spread across the park.

Golf Course

With its lush green outfields, the golf course is a perfect place for you to relax and play in a cool climate. I have played some golf games here and it's a place I would always recommend for any traveller.
