A Senior Tibetan lama will tell the people of Melbourne how to realise the true purpose of their lives.

His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo, will be presenting a series of special public talks in Australia this Spring.

In these public talks Dzogchen Rinpoche will explain how in searching for happiness we buy into the idea of a perfect life – a good job, a nice house, the fairy tale romance.

Over many years we work hard to build this lifestyle but in reality the stress of maintaining it can leave us feeling exhausted and dissatisfied. Confused that this has not brought the long-term contentment we had hoped for, we can find ourselves lacking direction and questioning the true meaning of our life.

Instead we can draw on ancient Buddhist wisdom to practice a profound yet simple method which will help us realise the deeper purpose of our lives so we can experience effortless peace and lasting fulfilment.

This is a unique opportunity to receive guidance from Dzogchen Rinpoche, who regularly tours the world sharing his wisdom and knowledge.

The Melbourne public talk will be held at the Hawthorn Arts Centre (360 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn) on Thursday 18 September at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm).

Tickets are priced at $20 and $15 for concession card holders and can be purchased at
