Do you love making fudge for gifts? I have made a number of fudge recipes over the years, but I keep going back to the tried and true recipes, which get eaten up every time. The best part about making fudge is that it is so easy! You just need a few ingredients that you microwave together, and you can make an impressive gift that puts a smile on people's faces, every time. These are my favourite fudge recipes, what are yours?
MIX & MATCH FUDGE RECIPE
400g can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Choc Chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Any extra's that you like - chopped walnuts, mixed dried fruit, lollies etc
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk on high for 1 minute, stir and then continue to microwave at 30-second intervals until the choc chips have melted. Stir in vanilla extract and your mix & match ingredients. Pour fudge into a square tin lined with baking paper, and refrigerate for a few hours to harden. Use a sharp knife to cut up into squares.
PISTACHIO & CRANBERRY WHITE FUDGE
340g white chocolate melts
1/4 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup dried cranberries (sugar reduced)
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Line a loaf tray with foil. In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate melts, thickened cream, honey and vanilla extract. Microwave for 30 seconds on high and stir to combine. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the choc melts have melted. Fold in the cranberries and pistachios and spread the mixture into the tin. Put in the fridge to set overnight. Cut into squares and store in the fridge until needed. Take it out 10 minutes prior to serving or giving, to make it soft to eat. See

2-INGREDIENT TOBLERONE FUDGE
360g Bar Toblerone, broken up into triangles
400g can of sweetened condensed milk
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the two ingredients and microwave at 30-second intervals until completely smooth. Line a 20cm square dish with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Set in the fridge overnight and then use a sharp knife to cut up into squares. Store in the fridge. See
