Pop in to the Wharf Shed Cafe and see why others love it so
Fancy a lunch or dinner out with friends? Feel like a casual drink and a light meal? Coffee or tea with some dessert thrown in? Do you love the beach or waterfront?
If you fancy a casual night out and some good company in a fun yet chilled atmosphere, then this is the place for you. Located approx.10 minutes from Geelong CBD, sitting on the waterfront of Eastern Beach Road the views are fantastic.
Look out into the water as you enjoy your drink or your meal and order from the extensive menu.
The cafe/restaurant caters for kids through to adults and the menu boasts a wide range of choices, from starters, sliders and tacos to salads, pizza, street food and the usual restaurant type mains (including but not limited to chicken parmigiana, 300g porterhouse steak and seafood)
Kids can enjoy a great selection also, from mini steaks, mini pizza to nuggets and chips, fish and pasta. The menu has a wide range of options for vegetarian, lactose free and gluten free customers as well.
Following your dinner, you can then enjoy a lovely dessert which ranges from Belgian waffles w/fruit, ice-cream & maple syrup to biscuits, muffins, mini-cakes and ice cream. There is plenty to choose from if you are hungry and a large drinks menu also (soft drinks, juices, iced drinks, milkshakes, water, coffee, tea, wine, beer and ciders)
Please see the full menu HERE for all available food and drink options.
You can also purchase a gift voucher of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 or $200. Purchase instore and add the recipient's name to the voucher for the perfect gift which they can use at their leisure.
On arrival you will be greeted by friendly, bubbly staff who will show you to your table and bring you drink and menus. When you have browsed through the menu, they will take your order and bring you your fabulous meal. Need anything? Just ask them and they will do their best to give you what you are looking for.
The restaurant is spacious and bright. The dining areas are open planned, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. With plenty of windows the restaurant/café is full of natural light and warm when the weather is not (and vice versa).
My visits to the Wharf Shed Café have been great and I am very happy to recommend it to you all. So if you are looking for a relaxing night out and great food, then pop in and say hi to the friendly staff at the Wharf Shed Café.
