The Steamed Rice Cake commonly referred to by locals as "Chwee Kueh" is a popular breakfast item in Singapore. It has a characteristic bowl-like shape and is served topped with diced preserved radish with chilli sauce at the side. Available at most hawker centres, they cost around SGD1.60 for 4 pieces. I had this at the Whampoa Drive Market & Food Centre.
