A couple of weekends ago, my friends and I went whale watching just outside of Sydney Harbour.

It costs $110 per person to go out for about 3 and a half hours in a small to medium sized yacht.

We departed from Darling Harbour at 12:30pm and were due back at 4:00pm. It was a once in a lifetime experience, even the ride over was great. This was my first time being on a yacht that size and first time going out of the harbour.

The waters weren't choppy till we got out of the harbour. Then the waves were huge. At one point during the ride I really thought that I was going to fall out of the yacht, that part was kinda scary for me.

Once we got to our spot, it was breath taking and a little windy.

I do recommend this to everyone, even though on the way back I got a little sea sick but it was all worth it.
