A Christmas lights favourite and major highlight in the lead up to Christmas is the fantastic light display put on by a team of volunteers at the Westminster School in Marion.

The light display covers an area of approximately 3 acres of school grounds.

Over the past 10 years of the event, it's estimated that more than 100,000 people have visited the light display.

Visitors are welcome to park their car and walk around the grounds, or they can remain in their car and drive through the circuit. The drive-through loop is great for the elderly, the very young or the non-mobile people in your family - you can show them the magic of the Christmas lights from the comfort of your car.

2014 is the 10th Anniversary of the free community event and it grows each year in popularity. There are thousands of lights, Christmas carols are sung in the chapel and even Father Christmas has his own special spot.

Tea, coffee and food will be available for purchase.
