A special menu for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival
This unique Australian menu celebrates extraordinary flavours and produce from around Victoria.
Showcasing superb delicacies and exquisite produce sourced from around Victoria the Westin's special Melbourne Food and Wine Festival High Tea menu includes mouthwatering native Mt Martha oysters, Portarlington mussels, Port Phillip scallops and Yarra Vally yabbies. The exquisitely fresh scones are accompanied by delicious honeycomb from the Mornington Penninsula and other sweet delicacies are flavoured with unique Australian bushfoods including quandong, lemon myrtle and wattle seed.
Seasonal Summer Delicacies
To add to the decadence, the high tea is complimented with your choice of sparkling wine specially selected from vineyards around Victoria. Chandon Brut – Chandon (Yarra Valley)
Of course, an exquisite High Tea must not only have delectable delicacies but be accompanied by sublime tea and coffee. The Westin serves Jing Tea which offers some of the rarest and most delicious teas and herbal infusions to be found across Asia. Hand sourced directly from tea farmers across China, India, Japan and Taiwan, Jing Tea is a truly special accompaniment to the three tiers of sweet and savoury delicacies.
