The Western Suburbs Painting Group (WSPG) is proudly hosting a brand new group exhibition this winter at Richard Randall Art Studio, Mt-Cootha Gardens.
This FREE exhibition will be held from the 25th to 28th July and all are invited to come along and peruse a diverse range of displayed artworks, including landscapes, portraits and traditional still life paintings.
The WSPG was formed in 2012 to provide a venue for members to paint in a social atmosphere. The group meets every second Tuesday at the Brookfield Art Pavilion.
Ten members of the group will be taking part in this exhibition which will feature works in all media, including watercolours, acrylics, oils, pencil and for the first time, sculptures. The exhibition will include a diverse range of subject matter including landscapes, seascapes, townscapes, floral works and still life paintings.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 12noon to 4pm on Thursday and from 9am to 4pm on Friday to Sunday.
Venture out to Brisbane Botanic Gardens, Mount Coot-tha and visit this fantastic family-friendly exhibition and support and celebrate the work of local artists.
