Created by Fitness Consultant and Running Coach, Marie Bean, Lazy Runner is an international running club with a difference - absolutely everyone can take part - no matter what their fitness level is.

The 'lazy' in Lazy Runner refers to Marie's belief that 'Everyone can run and every runner can run a marathon' - it doesn't matter if you are a plodder or mover, with the right training and program, Lazy Runner will help you achieve your goals.

After a successful tour of Australia and the United Kingdom in 2013, Lazy Runner is back - returning with a series of new and improved workshops to be held around the state.

There are now four Lazy Runner workshops to choose from;

The popular Beginner Runners Workshops and All Levels Running Workshop as well as;

Lazy Gym Workshop - a new program which allows participants to create their own safe and effective workout routine. Under the guidance of Marie, a workout program will be created and tailored to the participant's needs and take into account their lifestyle and budget


Lazy Loser Workshops - this new program is not your run of the mill diet and exercise program - instead it is a lifestyle overhaul - which is focused on improving fitness levels in order to jump start weight loss and body fat reduction.

The Perth and Western Australia Lazy Runner Workshops Tour kicks off in February - below are the upcoming dates and locations;

Participants of the Lazy Gym Workshop and Lazy Loser Workshop will receive a copy of the brand new book - Lazy Loser - by Marie Bean, which encourages readers to avoid dieting in order to lose weight and instead get fit the "lazy way".

Marie is also presenting a series of informative talks concerning her latest book 'Lazy Loser' in Fremantle, South Perth and Gosnells libraries; come along and meet Marie and get your book signed.
