2017 marks the 50th anniversary of Wembley Downs District Fair!

All are welcome to attend this hugely popular and much-loved event on Saturday 28th October 2017 at Luita Street Reserve, Wembley Downs!

Her Excellency the Honourable Kerry Sanderson AC Governor of Western Australia is opening the Fair at 8.30am. This major community event offers a jam-packed program of live entertainment, carnival rides, delicious food, art & crafts stalls and so much more!

Throughout the morning and afternoon, families can enjoy traditional fair fun!

There will be two stages of live entertainment throughout the day including a jazz band, choirs, belly dancing, Flamenco, Irish dancing and calisthenics!

Kids can also enjoy The Kids' Shed, bouncy castle, camel and pony rides, a ferris wheel, merry-go-round, the bucking mad cow (yeehah!) and giant bubbles for sale. For the more adventurous, there is a high ropes course, so hitch on your harness, clasp your carabiner and challenge yourself to some serious fun.

There are also lots of activities for adults! Come and peruse over 50 market stalls offering a delightful range of handmade products including organic body products, cards, ceramics, lavender products and candles, plus plants and art. It's a great opportunity to purchase unique Christmas gifts for loved ones or perhaps something special for your home or office.

Come lunchtime, tuck into an enticing array of food and drink stalls serving up paella, curry, fairy floss, ice cream, lemonade, cakes, relish, pickles and organic olive oil.

All are welcome to enjoy this fantastic family event, which is proudly sponsored by City of Stirling.

There will be something for everyone and entry is FREE!
