ANZ hosts health & fitness wellbeing pop up at Open
It is true, Australians love their sport, whether it be cricket and tennis in the summer or rugby and union in the winter, there are many social events and discussions on the topic of sport. Currently occurring through to 2nd February 2020, the Australian Open is being held on Grand Slam Oval in Melbourne Park, 20 Olympic Boulevard.
The players certainly have the audience sitting on the edge of their seats with surprise wins and excellent shots, however, sometimes sitting for a long period of time can have adverse effects. This year, a series of wellbeing sessions are taking place at ANZ Terrace, so the crowd watching the game can get up to stretch their legs and mind.
Every day of the tournament, there will be simple workouts, head-line DJ Tigerlilly, Disco Yoga and Q&As with well-known health and wellness experts and, also including sessions where ideas will be given to improve your financial wellbeing. World Class Sprinter, Katie Williams will be present, so go up and introduce yourself for a chat.
The building includes a dance/exercise floor, DJ Booth, selfie wall, graffiti mural and seating out of the heat to watch the game. This is a fun way to enjoy the tennis as well as having the opportunity to a Wellbeing Oasis Pop Up at the Australian Open.
