The Well Woman's Expo will be held on Sunday 17th November, 2013 at Darlington Hall, between 9am and 6pm. This fantastic free event is all about women's health and offers loads of information to help the women in your life stay happy, healthy and productive at any age.


The Well Women's Expo brings together many businesses, and individuals that are passionate about helping women stay healthy during the various stages of their lives. From young womanhood to motherhood and beyond, find out how you can stay healthy throughout your whole wonderful life.

The popular expo features plenty of interesting activities with guest speakers, demonstrations, exhibitions, information stalls and much more.

One of the highlights of the Well Woman's Expo will be the series of short talks. Eight inspirational guest speakers will give talks on interesting things such things as 'how breathing is effects our sleep', 'how colour effects your mood', 'how to find peace and magic in the everyday ordinary', 'what does a naturopath really do', 'what is HypnoBirthing', and 'how to detox your home'.

Learn about hypnotherapy, massage, meditation, relaxation, physiotherapy, ways to reduce stress, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, holistic weight loss, natural health and wellness, and so much more.

So, get your girlfriends together and head on over to the Well Women's Expo for a fun girls day out. You might pick up some useful tips and information that will help you to live well.
