Griz, an experienced health coach, is hosting an informative and engaging Weight-Loss Seminar which will show you how to lose weight naturally and regain your health, while feeling full and satisfied
This comprehensive 3-hour seminar is for men and women of all ages and will be held at a venue in Sandringham (a short walk from Sandringham station) on Saturday 29th July, 2017 from 10am to 1pm.
You will learn everything you need to know to improve your weight in a safe space.
In this 3 hour workshop I will teach you how you can lose weight without starving yourself, without having to over-exercise, without having to drink special shakes etc. We are going to look at losing weight naturally by understanding exactly what makes us fat in the first place (and its not actually fat!), what food to avoid and what foods will promote fat loss. Once you understand the simple science behind weight gain, I can show you the steps to implement that are easy to follow and will melt your fat away quickly and safely.
Whether you have a little to lose, weight around your belly that won't budge or a lot to lose this workshop will give you all the information you need to lose it!
Forget calorie restrictions, over exercising and will-power, we know that these don't work, they are also incredibly frustrating and demotivating. I'm not going to give you the usual, outdated advice! I will show you what actually works and over the long term. (I lost 12kg in 10 weeks and have kept it off for over a year).
