Griz, an experienced health coach, is hosting a Women Only Weight-Loss Seminar that will show you how to lose weight and regain your health, while feeling full and satisfied.

This comprehensive 3-hour seminar is ideal for women of all ages and will be held in Sandringham on Saturday 9th September, 2017. The venue is only a short walk from Sandringham station and the seminar in the past has attracted people from around Melbourne, Geelong, Tasmania and Sydney - it's worth the trip!

From 10am to 1pm, you will learn everything you need to know to improve your weight and health in a fun and social atmosphere.

Forget calorie restrictions, over exercising and will-power and instead learn how to lose weight while eating real food!

Whether you have a little to lose, weight around your belly that won't budge or a lot to lose, come and learn the reasons why you gain weight (and it's not what you've been taught and it's also not your fault) and most importantly how to take it off, quickly.

Who is Griz?

Griz qualified as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She has a degree in Education with a major in Physical Education and Biology. She is a highly experienced workshop facilitator with over 20 years or experience in designing and delivering impactful and interesting workshops. She is passionate about health and well-being, constantly researches and studies the latest information and trends and is masterful at conveying information in an easy to understand way. She creates a safe environment where you can learn and ask questions.
