The Kindle book Weight Loss in 7 Steps: Removing the Barriers to Permanent Weight Loss in 7 Steps by Hanna Beier, begins by stating that we must seek God first, especially when it comes to our health and to make time for Him every day. The book even assigns homework. Beier goes on to say to visualize your success and commit to success.

When it comes to weight, not everyone has a sexy swimsuit body, maybe due to genetics, age, health, metabolism, hormones, eating habits and physical activity. She even goes on to ask if we have ever checked out habits. For example, we may be eating all the wrong food. Chapter 7 states to celebrate our success! The book closes with 21 tips to follow for the best weight loss, everything from healthy sex to not drinking soda.

The pace of the book was good. The content was educational as one does not always think of combining religion with fitness and nutrition. The author's style was understandable. I learned that maybe I should personally pray to lose weight. I like the entire book. Readers are going to learn that maybe they should give praying a chance in weight loss and just might like what happens. If a reader is poor with no money to spend on expensive weight loss gimmicks, why not give this method a chance?
