The author likes this recipe as she states that she is never out of the ingredients.

The crusty bread cubes are filling. This summer salad is the fruit of your labor and should feed a large family, making this superfresh meal on any budget.

Sandwiches

Cinnamon mixed with cream cheese and honey pulls the whole thing together. Easy to pop in your mouth - but hard to stop!

Over the years, McCord started using her preferred ingredient, which would be dill pickles... a little texture and tang.

Author McCord remembers creating these with her grandmother. Cheese, bell pepper and mayonnaise. Voila!

Pizza

Perfect on pizza dough, pasta and rice.
