Sue Byrne, owner of Yoga Byrne Studio, has been practising yoga for 17 years and teaching since 2009, culminating in her opening her own Yoga Studio in 2014.Sue is an experienced Yoga Instructor who has attended training immersions in India, Bali, USA and Australia. She is passionate about empowering and inspiring students to develop balance and well-being in their lives cultivated through their practices of yoga / meditation, so they can take their harmony and wholeness off the mat and into the world to lead creative and vibrant lives.Our world has gotten fast and furious and a retreat provides the time, space and even the emotional and spiritual prompts for connection and contemplation. The yoga, meditation and breath work you practice whilst on retreat provides space for grace and being away from home while you do this work, virtually guarantees a positive shift in perspective. In addition to making you feel amazing, the yoga practice you get whilst on a retreat will help increase your flexibility, strength, and balance. It will ground and open you, and jump-start your physical practice.Sue is presenting her annual this April, following the Easter long weekend.This is an exclusive opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, learn something new about yourself and meet new like-minded friends!Held from 4.00pm Friday 6th to 11.00am Sunday 8th April 2018 at FootPrints Preston Beach Resort (only 70 minutes from Perth), the is open to all skill levels, including beginners, who will be introduced to Yin, Hatha flow and Vinyasa flow yoga and much more.There are four 2 hour yoga practice sessions scheduled and early risers can begin their day with an optional early morning beach walk prior to the morning practise sessions, which will include yoga, meditation and pranayama.After brunch on Saturday, you can select from various optional activities that will be available right through to when the late afternoon yoga practice commences at 4.00pm.Sue will be running three 1 hour workshops (10.30am / 11.45am/1.00pm) during the day and each student can nominate to attend one. Each session is limited to 7 students with the content of each workshop being different. Sue will review the functionality of certain asanas, taking photos as an additional teaching aid for the student to review their practice with the teachers. An interactive session to assist students in elevating their current practice. One workshop will be restricted to students who are considered at intermediate level.A qualified Massage therapist will be on site for private 30 min head/neck massages ($30 additional cost)Scheduled Sound Healing session available for those who would like to partake (additional cost $25)Organised Afternoon TeaOr swim in the resort pool, go to the beach or just chill out. You can design the optional activities around what you want to do! There is something for everyone.Each participant will have their own bedroom and bathroom in a two bed, two bath villa.
