In today's modern society we use products every day that our harmful for our body. We use these products as if they are beneficial to our health when in fact they are mass produced with harmful chemicals that cause a toxic effect on the body. Some people are completely immune to these toxins and they don't cause them any issues or bad health however if you are like me and experience issues with fatigue, headaches, bad skin or an auto immune disease it may be time to consider some simple ways to detox the body.
Some times when you mention detox people think of extreme fasting with lemons or special herbal teas when in fact there are far simpler ways to detox your body from harmful chemicals.

I rub the castor oil onto my tummy and then cover with an old pillow case. Then I heat up a heat pack and place this over the area. Allow to sit and relax for 20 minutes. The heat allows the toxins to come out through the skin. Once the time is up you can then remove the pack – store your pillowcase for next castor oil pack and ensure you wash the area clear of any oil. Some toxins can stay on the skin if the area isn't cleaned.
