The Weeds, Pests and Disease session, held on Thursday 28 February 2019 from 5.30pm and 7.30pm at Adelaide Botanic Garden is a good course on learning how to deal with these annoyances in your garden.

While it is not a pleasant part of gardening, it is very likely gardeners may find themselves having to deal with weed, pests and plant diseases. This course will teach you on the weeds, pests and diseases common to South Australia, how to diagnose insect and nutrient-related symptoms and the means to control the damage by using biological, cultural or chemical strategies.

This course is part of a series of short sessions organised by Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium of South Australia. The courses are designed for people new to gardening and people who would like to expand their horticulture knowledge. The 2019 Short Course Series gives you an opportunity to get a solid foundation for good gardening practices.

A 10% discount is available for people who purchase 3 or more Short Course tickets. To get the discount, email for a discount code before you purchase.
