While weeds, pests and diseases are not a pleasant part of gardening, it is likely gardeners will find themselves having to deal with these annoyances at some point in time. The Weeds, Pest and Disease short course on Tuesday 10 March 2020 at Adelaide Botanic Garden will teach you how to deal with them. This is one of a series of short sessions organised by Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium of South Australia for people new to horticulture or those that would like to expand their gardening knowledge.
This course will show you the weeds, pests and diseases common to South Australia, how to diagnose insect and nutrient-related symptoms, and the means to control the damage by using biological, cultural or chemical strategies.
